2. How the App Works

When you enter a workout request, it is sent to an AI language model (via a secure proxy server) solely to generate your workout plan. This request:

• Is not stored on any server
• Is not associated with your identity
• Is not used for training AI models
• Is processed in real-time and immediately discarded

Your workout plan is displayed only on your device and is never saved to any external database.

3. Third-Party Services

WorkoutNow uses the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — Font files loaded from Google's CDN. Google may collect standard web request logs. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, or data brokers.

WorkoutNow may store the following data locally on your device only:

• Your proxy server URL (if configured), stored in browser localStorage
• No other data is stored locally or remotely

This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or app data.

5. Children's Privacy

WorkoutNow does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal data from any user, our app is safe for users of all ages in terms of data privacy.

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. However, you have the right to:
